The first half focuses on strength and rehab, working on balance, stability, and those smaller supporting muscles that are often overlooked. Expect slow, controlled movements that challenge your form, build resilience, and leave you feeling stronger from the ground up.


Then we turn up the pace in the second half with a short, high-energy sweat session! Quick bursts of dynamic movement will get your heart pumping, boost endurance, and give you that post-workout rush we all love.
