Our walks are open to everyone, whether you're a member or not. They’re a great opportunity to get outdoors, move your body, and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.
We believe movement isn’t just about being in the gym, it’s about finding ways to stay active that you enjoy, and getting out into nature is one of the best ways to do that.
These walks are all about feeling good, clearing your mind, and enjoying the journey at your own pace. No pressure, no expectations, just fresh air, good company, and a positive start to your day.
